  • Shipping & Tracking

    We process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe stated on the product page or during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking information (if available).

    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or external factors are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

  • Returns & Refunds

    We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged due to our production or factory process. The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and an unboxing video is required when submitting a complaint — showing the package being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits. Items must also be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

    If your item arrives damaged or defective: (1) Contact us immediately after receiving the product. (2) Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage. (3) Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions. Once approved, we will offer an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability), a replacement, or a refund if a replacement or exchange is not available.

    Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items and are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is out of stock, a refund or alternative solution will be offered. Exchanged items must meet all eligibility requirements stated in our return policy.

    The following are not eligible: requests made after 7 days from the delivery date, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer, items returned without original packaging or tags, and change-of-mind purchases (color, size, or style).
